Coláiste Oiriall congratulates the class of 2019 who received very impressive Leaving Certificate results.

The results, again this year were substantially above the national averages with 28% of Coláiste Oiriall students receiving in excess of 500 points compared with the 13% national average, 65% received in excess of 400 points compared with the 37% national average. The average CAO points for Coláiste Oiriall students was 436 compared with the national average of 350 points. National averages are drawn from last year’s results, but they vary little from year to year.

The twelve students who received in excess of 500 points are: Aisling Ní Ghallchóir, Andrew Ó Loideáin, Chloe Nic Giolla Bhríde, Colm Ó Ruanaidh, Darragh Ó Faolaoin, Enya Ní Dhuibhne, Isabelle Zechner, Laura Ní Dhroma (601), Marie Louise Nic Aodha, Rebecca Nic Cionna, Seán MacCionna (613) and Yvonne Nic Giolla Rua. This cohort of students averaged 551 points.
