How to access School Reports and Student’s Timetable using VSware?

VSware is a cloud and mobile based school administration platform, which handles all core school data, including term reports and students’ timetables. We give parents access to this information electronically and thus ends printed Halloween, Christmas, summer or Mock reports posted to your home.

Coláiste Oiriall sends each family a unique username and password. These details are necessary to access your VSware account. There is only one login per family. Your details remain the same indefinitely – so please store carefully. VSware is best accessed through Google Chrome and this is its address: oiriall.vsware.ie

• On the top left hand side of screen, click Term Report tab.
• Select an exam (ie. Samhain/Halloween). This displays the student's mark, grade and teacher comment for each subject.
• Parents can print off a school term report. Click actions (on the top right) and print. A word document will then download onto your computer or device and you will be able to view, save and print it. Print/Save options appear at bottom of screen.
• If you have more than one child in the school click right arrow in the student photograph window and an electronic version of report appears for second child.
