Coláiste Oiriall will host its biennial concert next Tuesday night, 13th March at 8.00 pm – on the eve of St. Patrick’s Day – in the Garage Theatre where punters will enjoy the very best in music, song and dance.
Tickets are available from the Garage Theatre box office (10.00 am – 5.00 pm) or online. Adult tickets are €8 and concessions/students €5.
The concert affords the school the opportunity to showcase the diverse musical and other talents among the student population. Many of our students take part in Scór, Scléip and in the Fleadh Ceoil at national level and this is their chance to perform in a school setting. A particular treat will be the recital by the harpists. We encourage parents, relatives and friends to come along and enjoy the fare. The concert reflects the strong tradition of music in the school. We are delighted to welcome back past pupil, Emma Ní Chleirchín, who will make perform as special guest. The concert is produced by Múinteoir Nuala Nic Thaidhg with Múinteoir Seán Mac Thaidhg
