Best wishes to the fourteen students from Coláiste Oiriall who, are travelling to the RDS on Wednesday to take part in the Young Scientist competition. Five projects from the school were accepted from the preliminary stages of the competition. The students would like to thank their teachers, Múinteoir Roisin Uí Choinn and Múinteoir Jane Nic Phaidin.
The school had considerable success last year returning home with two awards. The students travelled to Dublin yesterday and will remain there until Saturday when the adjudication takes place and when the exhibition closes to the public.
Tá súil againn go n-éiríonn thar barr leo agus go mbainfidh siad tairbhe agus sult as a gcuid ama ag caint leis na moltóirí, ag meascadh le daltaí eile agus ag amharc thart ar na taispeantais uilig.
