- Evening Study will be offered each Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 3.45 pm and 6.30 pm. This includes a fifteen minute break at 5.00 pm.
- Parents/Guardians are responsible for the collection of the student from study.
- No mobile phones or Walkmans allowed in the Study Room.
- Students are responsible for having their own books/equipment with them for study.
- Students are not permitted to go to their lockers during study as it interrupts others.
- No student is allowed to leave study early for any reason, without having a written and signed note from a parent/guardian. This note should be produced to the supervisor at the beginning of the study session.
- Students arriving late must be able to produce a signed note from a parent/guardian giving a reason for the delay.
- Disruption of any form during study will not be tolerated. In the event of any unacceptable behaviour a student will be asked to leave.
- A note explaining why a student was asked to leave will be sent home to parents/guardians in the school journal for information purposes only. This note should be signed by a parent.
- If there is a repeat of any unacceptable or disruptive behaviour the student will be asked to absent himself/herself from Evening Study for three weeks.
- An attendance check will be taken each evening and a record will be retained.
- The fee for Evening Study will be €50 per quarter year.
