TY Love the Subh

Transition Year students from Coláiste Oiriall, who sold all their produce ‘Love the Subh’ jam within three hours at their stall in Church Square, Monaghan, as part of the Taste of Monaghan festival. This was a cross-curricular activity which included input from the Home Economics, Art, Woodwork and Business Departments.
